1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the Site, you may provide:

• your name, telephone number, and email address;
• your preferred contact method;
• the service category in which you are interested;
• appointment-request or scheduling information;
• an optional message or question;
• information about how you heard about us; and
• your communication or SMS consent choices.

Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, medical history, insurance information, government identification numbers, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information through the Site's contact form. The form is intended only for general questions and appointment requests and is not a secure medical communication channel.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our website infrastructure and service providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the Site, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, request time, referring page, pages requested, and security or diagnostic information.

We use Cloudflare to host, deliver, secure, and measure the performance of the Site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to provide aggregate website measurements without cookies and without profiling or fingerprinting individual visitors. Cloudflare may separately process network and security information as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Advertising measurement

Meta Pixel operates by default on a limited set of non-service-specific pages. It may receive online identifiers and technical information such as browser information, IP address, referring information, and permitted page or event information for advertising measurement. You can opt out at any time; see "Your privacy choices" in Section 3.

We configure Meta Pixel so that it does not receive form entries, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, selected services, treatment areas, or booking details from the Site. It may receive the page address, which can include an advertising click identifier. Meta Pixel is not permitted to operate on service-specific pages or within the inquiry or booking flow.

Meta processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. For more information, see the Meta Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• respond to questions and appointment requests;
• communicate with you using the method you requested;
• provide and administer our services;
• operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
• understand aggregate Site traffic and performance;
• measure advertising on a limited set of non-service-specific pages;
• maintain business records;
• prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents;
• comply with law and protect our rights, customers, personnel, and business; and
• complete a business reorganization, sale, or transfer, subject to applicable law.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Essential technologies

The Site may use essential browser storage or similar technologies to operate, secure the Site, and provide features you request. These technologies are not used for cross-site advertising.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance measurement. Cloudflare states that this product does not use cookies and does not collect or use visitors' personal data for its analytics service. It may operate without advertising consent. Cloudflare's separate hosting and security processing is described above.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site traffic — how many people visit, which pages they view, and the channels that bring them. It sets cookies or similar identifiers under Google's policies. We configure it for analytics only: Google's advertising signals and ad personalization are turned off, so this data is not used for Google's advertising products. It honours the same Global Privacy Control opt-out described below, so a browser sending GPC is not measured.

Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel is an advertising technology that operates by default on a limited set of non-service-specific pages. Meta may use cookies or similar identifiers under its own policies. We limit where the Pixel operates and the information it is permitted to receive, as explained in Section 1, and you can opt out as described below.

Your privacy choices

Some privacy laws may describe advertising-related disclosures as "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale," even when no money is exchanged for personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. You can opt out of advertising measurement at any time: our Site honours the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, so enabling GPC in your browser opts you out automatically, and you may also contact us using the details at the end of this policy. Opting out stops the Pixel, the advertising click identifier, and Google Analytics for your browser.

Opting out will not prevent you from viewing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or using the booking link. Opting out stops future advertising activity on this Site; it does not automatically delete information or cookies already held by Meta. You may also delete cookies through your browser settings.

4. Contact Forms and Communications

When you submit the Site's contact form, the information you provide is transmitted through our website infrastructure and email-delivery provider so that we can receive and respond to your request. We currently use Cloudflare and Resend for these functions. See the Resend Privacy Policy.

Submitting a form does not create or confirm an appointment. Please do not use the form for emergencies or urgent medical concerns.

5. Appointment Booking and Third-Party Services

The Site may link to GlossGenius for appointment booking and related services. Once you leave our Site, GlossGenius collects and processes information under its own technology and privacy practices, and information you provide there may also be made available to us to manage your appointment and provide services. Review the GlossGenius Privacy Policy before submitting information.

The Site may also contain links to social media, maps, messaging services, or other third-party websites. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party websites.

6. SMS and Telephone Communications

If you expressly ask us to contact you by text message, we may send messages related to your inquiry, appointment, or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future text messages and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

We do not sell or share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose it to providers that help us deliver requested communications or as required by law. Opting out of text messages does not prevent non-marketing communications through another method you request.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information:

• to vendors that host, secure, support, or operate the Site and our communications;
• to GlossGenius and other providers involved in services you request;
• to professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors;
• when required by law, legal process, or a lawful government request;
• when reasonably necessary to protect safety, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce our terms, or defend legal rights;
• in connection with a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of our business; or
• when you direct us or give us permission.

Our principal website providers currently include Cloudflare, Resend, GlossGenius, and Meta for advertising measurement, which operates by default with the opt-out described in Section 3. We do not authorize these providers to use inquiry content for their own independent marketing.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the Site, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No website, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send highly sensitive or urgent information through the Site.

10. Your Choices and Requests

You may:

• opt out of advertising measurement by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honour, or by contacting us;
• unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message, when provided;
• opt out of text messages by replying STOP; and
• ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, subject to verification, legal exceptions, and applicable law.

To make a privacy request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right provided by applicable law.

Browser-based privacy signals do not all operate in the same way. Where required by applicable law and technically supported, we will treat a legally recognized opt-out preference signal as a request to disable optional advertising technologies for that browser.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information through the Site, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. A parent or legal guardian should handle inquiries concerning services for a minor.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain new consent.
