Licensed Massage Therapist
Massage is the one treatment at La Vilna where the result comes from a pair of hands rather than a device, and Alena is whose hands they are. She works the full menu, Classic, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone, at sixty or ninety minutes. Tell her where it hurts and how much pressure you want, and she adjusts while she works rather than asking about it at the end.
Licences and credentialsAfter your massage, give yourself a little time to transition back into your day. Drink water as you normally would, choose gentle movement if it feels good, and allow time to rest if you feel tired.
Some people experience temporary tenderness after more focused pressure, including Deep Tissue Massage. If something feels unusual or you have a health concern, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
For your next visit, tell your La Vilna provider which pressure, focus areas, and session length felt best. Your feedback helps us make each massage feel more personal.
Choose Classic Massage for an everyday full-body reset. Swedish Massage uses light-to-medium pressure and flowing movements. Deep Tissue Massage is a firmer, more focused option. Hot Stone Massage combines massage with warm stones for a slower, warming experience. If you are unsure, begin with a complimentary consultation.
A 60-minute session works well when you have a specific focus area or limited time. Choose 90 minutes when you prefer a more unhurried full-body session or would like additional time for multiple areas. Neither length is "better"; it depends on your schedule and preferences.
Yes. At the start of your appointment, share your preferred pressure, the areas you would like your provider to focus on, and any areas you would like to avoid. You can also ask for an adjustment at any point during the massage.
Tell your provider about relevant health conditions, recent injuries or surgery, pregnancy, medications, allergies, and any sensitivity to heat or pressure. If you have a health concern, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before booking.
Everyone responds differently. You may feel relaxed or notice temporary tenderness after a more focused massage. Follow any guidance provided for your session, and contact a qualified healthcare professional if you experience severe or unexpected symptoms.
